INTRODUCTION A renewed focus on business ethics, especially following the Enron scandal, has brought a resurgence of interest ethics and ethical differences. In this study, we extend the business ethics literature that uses vignettes to present various kinds of real life of ethical dilemmas (Fritzsche and Becker, 1984; Becker and Fritzsche, 1987; Premeaux and Mondy, 1993) to a consideration of whether differences may exist among Blacks and Whites, and males and females.
